The federal government has approved the resumption of schools across the country.
Boss Mustapha, the PTF chairman, made this known on Monday, June 29 – Mustapha, however, said that daycare centres remain closed.
As the second phase of eased lockdown ended on Monday, June 29, the federal government approved what it called “safe reopening” of schools nationwide in the next phase of the gradual easing of lockdown in order to curtail further spread of COVID-19.
The Nation newspapers reports that the chairman of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19, Boss Mustapha, disclosed this on Monday, June 29, at the daily briefing of the task force in Abuja.
